NoDa 101: Dive Bar & Karaoke Haven in Charlotte, NC

We came here on a Wednesday night and it was pretty busy by 11pm. Not sure if it was intentional but it seemed like it was R&B night which was amazing for me because I love R&B! The crowd was high energy, some people had amazing voices and the vibe was fun. Drinks were pretty affordable, and my only negative is that I wish I knew their house was El Toro I haven’t had that in years and it gives me the worst hangover, once I asked the bartender I switched to another tequila lol. Idk what the other nights are like but I personally enjoyed the vibe of how Wednesdays nights. It is nice because you scan a QR code to search a song and get added to the queue. You can see where you are in line and what songs have been picked so you don’t repeat someone else’s. They have a small stage you sing on and everyone sings along to root you on!

Noda 101 is an amazing place for adult beverages, great vibes, and karaoke. I highly recommend this place to friends that want to have a wonderful time hanging out. Come early in order to get a seat. If not, you will be in the standing room only. The karaoke options are plentiful. The DJ is kind and helpful. The bartenders serve it up nicely. You will enjoy the atmosphere, drinks, and the song selections available to rock the place. Crowd participation is on 110%. P.S. You will have to purchase food at other places to bring in. No food is available at this location. Enjoy

Noda 101 is truly the place to be! The affordable drinks, DJ, and vibes are always top tier! I enjoy watching everyone have a good time and sing along as others perform during karaoke. Even the DJ will entertain us with a song to keep the party going. There are times when it can get a little packed, but don’t let that stop you from giving it a try. This is one of the best places to go for a good time in Charlotte and I truly can’t wait to visit again!

Since moving to Charlotte this was the first spot I took my self solo ! I just genuinely wanna thank DJ Quan for being him! Baby if you wanna vibe laugh and just be free he is the truth ! thank you for making my new home special ! Every Sunday and Saturday !

KJ Quan is a whole vibe! He’s polite and his selection of music in between sets will have you thinking you’re at a club not a karaoke bar. Quan treats everyone equally and respectfully. There are rules but thats just so everyone can have a good time and get to sing. The bartenders are wonderful and fix some good drinks that will have you feeling loose and ready to sing like you’re on tour. If you have nothing to do on the weekend I highly suggest Noda101 Quan is not only a vibe he is an experience!

This is always a HIT spot whenever we are in Noda. For some reason, we always end up going on Sunday, which is service industry night. Everybody is always super friendly and welcoming. This is a karaoke bar, but even if you don't actually stand and sing something, it's still an awesome bar to go and listen to others and get a couple of drinks. They don't sell any type of food here, so definitely plan on grabbing a quick bite before you go. When you go up to sing, everyone makes you feel super welcomed and get you going, and everyone sings along, especially if it's a classic or favorite! This is definitely a bar I recommend to everyone when they are in Noda. This is the most liveliest bar, and the ambiance is always on point! Now this is in Noda, so parking is terrible. There are a couple of parking lots you can park at or Side Street if you get there early enough. We do tend to arrive early (8 pm) just to be able to snag a seat at the bar and be comfortable.

This was a fabulous and inviting establishment. DJ DaQuan was awesome. Great song selection and great bartenders! 1st time there but I will be back soon!

When I tell you that the only reason I even walk the streets of Noda is ONLY FOR THIS PLACE! DJ Quan is THE BEST KAREOKE DJ IN ALL OF CHARLOTTE! They have the best song selection and the best music and vibes. You feel at home and the atmosphere is addictive. It makes you wanna come back every weekend! Do me a favor and plan your next weekend to NODA 101!!!!
